Threat of the Conqueror, a SWG trading card game expansion, was released in March by SOE. This brings a 10-scenario story arc surrounding the Conqueror, the Empire’s new Star Destroyer that has the capability of destroying the entire planets. This new SWG expansion includes:
A New Threat: The Imperials develop a devastating new weapon outfitted on a single Star Destroyer, the Conqueror
Special Forces: Both sides of the Galactic Civil War have elite, highly trained military teams that perform specialized operations such as rescue, reconnaissance, counter-insurgency, and sabotage.
New Gameplay: “Intel” increases your tactical options in battle with additional bonus powers. “Reinforcement” reduces the cost of cards later in the game, letting you launch deadlier attacks
Epic Quest Story Arc: The 10-scenario story arc is split into light and dark side campaigns. Join the Imperial Storm Commandos or the Alliance Renegade Squadron
New Playable Avatars: Bith- a peaceful species that are technologically advanced and are known for the musical talents. Duros– have knowledge of trade and hyperspace routes.
Unique “Threat of the Conqueror” Loot: More than 20 new special forces-themed loot cards
